I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly two decades of experience in providing mental health counseling. Since 2007, I’ve worked extensively with survivors of domestic and sexual violence, military service members and veterans, and individuals facing substance use and grief-related issues. My approach is grounded in compassion, clinical expertise, and deep respect for each client’s resilience and story.

I specialize in trauma recovery, grief, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and relationship dynamics. I welcome clients ages 18 and older and tailor my therapy services to meet your unique needs using evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
